Nothing is worse than having to figure out what to eat for dinner and how many calories or diet points you still have when you get home from work.
There is a delicious and easy-to-follow meal plan that I made. Prior to using these meal plans, you should always make sure that they are compatible with your chosen diet.
A recipe is included for some meals, but others are easy enough to make without one! You can also read about ready-made meals.

Morrisons’ Meal Plan for Healthy Eating and Losing Weight
All of my syn estimates are my own and are only meant to help you. No, I have nothing to do with Slimming World. These are recipes and meals that I have made myself. This website is not affiliated with or a part of Slimming World in any way. Slimming World has the most up-to-date Syn values. You can use approved tools like the Syns calculator, Syns Online on LifelineOnline, or the Syns Hotline at (0906) 851 8518 to get them.
1. MONDAY
- Breakfast: Oats baked in a rainbow of colors with a fruit salad Good for You Extra B
- Lunch: Ham and egg salad for lunch (no sugar added). Put cooked ham and a hard-boiled egg in a previously made salad.
- Dinner: We had BBQ pulled pork for dinner with salad and sweet potato fries (1.5 Syns).
2. TUESDAY
- Breakfast: Yogurt without fat and a rainbow of fruits
- Lunch: Healthy Extra A & B Tuna Cheese Melt (No Added Sugar)
- Dinner: Chicken casserole (syn-free)
3. WEDNESDAY
- Breakfast: Fruit salad, yogurt, and 40g of oats (syn-free) for breakfast. Super Healthy Extra B
- Lunch: I had leftover casserole that is sugar-free and healthy.
- Dinner: Tikka Chicken, Jersey Royal Potatoes, and Broccoli for dinner (Syn Free)
4. THURSDAY
- Breakfast: egg in a hole (syn-free) with healthy extra B
- Lunch: chicken noodles (syns vary on the noodles used). Look at the app.
- Dinner: salad, fish cakes (4.5 syns each), and sweet potato fries
5. FRIDAY
- Breakfast: A healthy extra B, oat waffles (without sugar)
- Lunch: I’m having an eggless quiche.
- Dinner: Pasta with tomato and onion (syn-free)
6. SATURDAY
- Breakfast: egg on toast (no sugar added)
- Lunch: Chicken rice (no sugar added)
- Dinner: I had spaghetti Bolognese (4.5 Syns).
7. SUNDAY
- Breakfast: bean burger on toast Good Exta B health
- Lunch: Tuna salad
- Dinner: Mushroom stir-fry for dinner (3 syns per serving, makes 2) (Use the noodles, sauce that’s already made, and vegetable stir fry kit)
